Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Cuepid AI app and website. Cuepid AI is operated by Hüseyin Koçer. Contact support@cuepid.ai for questions about the service or these terms. By using Cuepid AI, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cuepid AI. Sign in using your own Apple or Google account and keep access to that account secure. Provide accurate information, including your age range. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

AI suggestions and your responsibility

Cuepid AI uses a third-party AI service provider to analyze the chat text, screenshots, dating profiles and optional context you submit, together with your saved preferences, and generate analysis, feedback and reply suggestions. Suggestions are advisory and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your situation. An AI assessment cannot establish what another person thinks, feels, wants or consents to, and does not guarantee any dating or relationship outcome.

Review suggestions before using them. You remain responsible for the messages you send and actions you take. Respect other people's boundaries and consent. Cuepid AI does not send messages to other people for you.

Prohibited uses

Do not use Cuepid AI for:

• Harassment or stalking, including repeated unwanted contact after someone has declined or asked you to stop.
• Coercion, manipulation of consent, intimidation, threats or abuse.
• Impersonation, catfishing, fake identities, or deception about who is communicating.
• Dating or sexual interactions involving minors, or submitting content involving minors.
• Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or creating or sharing non-consensual intimate content.
• Unlawfully sharing private messages, images or personal information, or any other unlawful activity or violation of another person's rights.
• Bypassing access limits, abusing free-use eligibility, compromising security, or interfering with the service.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations or protect users and the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Cuepid AI the limited permission needed to process that content through our backend and our third-party AI service provider to return the requested result. Submit only content you have a lawful right to share, and remove unnecessary personal or sensitive information about yourself and others. Our Privacy Policy describes the data we store, provider processing, retention and your choices. Agreement to these terms does not replace the separate in-app permission for AI processing.

Subscriptions and billing

Available plans, price, billing period, any trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms are displayed in the app's paywall and the relevant store purchase screen before you confirm a purchase. Purchases are charged through Apple or Google. Cuepid AI does not handle your card details; RevenueCat helps validate purchases and manage subscription access.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the terms displayed by the relevant store. Cancel or manage a subscription through your Apple or Google subscription settings before the store's renewal deadline. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Cuepid account does not cancel the subscription. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store, subject to applicable law and your statutory rights. Contact support if you need help with subscription access.

Free analysis and usage limits

An eligible new account on an eligible device can try one free analysis without purchasing a subscription. Free-use protection applies to accounts and devices, and account deletion does not reset eligibility. Paid access is also subject to usage limits shown in the app. Do not create accounts or change identifiers to bypass these limits.

Availability, changes and ending use

You can stop using Cuepid AI and delete your account from Settings at any time. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Changes to paid services and any remedies for interruption or discontinuation remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable consumer law.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health. Your mandatory rights concerning the provision of digital services, remedies and refunds remain unaffected. The advisory nature of AI suggestions does not remove these rights.

Governing law

German law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of habitual residence. These terms do not restrict any right you have to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date above when these terms change and give notice of material changes as required by law. Changes and any required agreement are subject to applicable consumer law. Contact support@cuepid.ai if you have questions.
